American Comedian Bill Cosby is set to be released after a court in Pennsylvania overturned his prison terms for his sexual assault on the premise that he didn’t get a fair trial.
The 83 years old was previously convicted for numerous sexual offenses in 2018 but that ruling has been overturned.
He questioned the credibility of the news as he claimed that it doesn’t make sense for a citizen under NATO; top world countries to give in easily to Nigeria and allow their own citizens be extradited especially when they are not linked to any crime.

“This doesn’t smell right,” he said.
A young man, Sola Jegede has been sentenced to death by hanging by a High Court in Ekiti for stealing mobile phones and money from people.
The judge was guilty of using weapons such as knife, digger, club, and gun to dispossess Seun Ilesanmi, Tope Ilesanmi, and Ibukun Ilesanmi of their phones and monies.
He was charged by the court in counts one, two, and three for the offence of armed robbery.
Therefore, the presiding judge, Justice Oluwatoyin Abodunde sentenced him to death by hanging.
However, Jegede was discharged and acquitted on the charges of rape as the judge claimed that the evidence presented before him were insufficient to sentence him for rape.
Therefore, “He’s found not guilty and discharge and acquitted of rape,” said the judge.
Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde received the delegation from Universal Basic Education Commission.
Speaking with the delegates led by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education, Architect Sonny Echono, he pledged more support to Education growth in Oyo State.

UBEC Visits Oyo State
The Federal Government has arrested the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The arrest was confirmed today by the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami to the newsmen.
Malami has also confirmed that the IPOB Leader would be arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The report claimed that he was arrested in the UK and was extradited to Nigeria where his proceedings will be heard.
He further explained that the operation was conducted jointly by the security agencies in Nigeria and Interpol.
